Name, date of birth, phone number and email of the student and the parent/guardian, used for internal communication (schedule, exams, absences, workshops).
Sharing with third parties
For exam entries, certain data is shared with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), an examination board based in London.
Medical data
Sharing medical information is optional. If provided, it is only used to react appropriately in risk situations, and is deleted at the end of enrolment.
Photos, videos and audio
Unless explicitly declined, photos or videos taken during classes and shows may be used for the school's communication (website, social media, brochures), at no charge.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete your data or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to dancecenter.courouble@outlook.be.
